Extended Christmas Returns

At Marsden Sneakers, we understand how important it is for Christmas gifts to be just right. That’s why we’ve extended our return & exchange policy to ensure every gift fits perfectly.

All orders placed from December 1st 2024 to December 24th 2024 will be valid for our extended return & exchange policy, where you will have until January 6th 2025 to exchange your order for a different size or model. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please log in to your account here to submit a request or email us at info@marsdensneakers.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Alternatively, our team can arrange a returns label for you and the cost of return (£12.15) will be deducted from your store credit. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.

Please note, due to the nature of our business, prices for our products are subject to change without notice. If there is a difference in price between the original item and your desired exchange, you are required to settle this before the return process can be initiated. Should you opt for store credit, the value of the original order will be issued to your account.

Delivery

All orders placed on Marsden Sneakers are processed within a 3-5 day window. We dispatch each order using a fully protected and insured service including a reference number allowing you to track your order once it is on its way to you.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 1-5 Days
Europe: 5-14 Days
Rest of World: 7-21 Days

    There are some instances where we work with our network of suppliers to fulfil your order. In which case, we require additional handling time to fully authenticate and verify your item(s). Please allow 14 days to receive your order before you contact us. More often than not, your order will arrive ahead of this time.

    We regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for lost or undelivered items due to inaccurate address details provided during the ordering process. Additionally, please note that we cannot be held liable for any errors or delays caused by the postal service, and any concerns regarding undelivered items must be addressed directly with the respective courier.

    International buyers may be subject to a customs charge. We are not responsible for this charge and it must be paid for in full. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in the item being returned to us and held in our possession.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. At this time, our only valid forms of return are exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items purchased as part of a promotion or items purchased gift cards.

    Please note that you legally have an additional 14 days from the date which the return is agreed to return your item(s) to us. Failure to ensure your return is delivered to us in a timely manner will void the return and result in the items being returned back to you, once a mandatory charge is settled to cover the cost of delivery.
