ASICS released the GEL-Kayano 14 in 2008, featuring the usual running shoe elements of a mesh upper with layered leather overlays. It was the first GEL-Kayano model in the series not designed by Toshikazu Kayano, signifying the passing of the torch. This running shoe has the brand’s patented GEL cushioning technology and TRUSSTIC torsional support system. The shoe got back in action last 2020 and never looked back since then.
