Using the same sole from the UGG Neumel, the platform-style props you up with a few extra centimetres thanks to the SugarSole EVA outsole. Draped in the typical shade of chestnut brown, the mix of suede and mesh panelling hits the bulky trainer nail on the head while still keeping true to the brand’s DNA. Surprisingly, the laces are a real showstopper on the Lowmel, with its extra chunky form complementing the overall theme of the new silhouette. Fans of the UGG brand will know how rare the feature actually is given the enormous amount of laceless silhouettes in its range, playing a key part here in achieving that old-school sneaker look.
